QuarantEaster (quarantine + Easter)

The 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic resulted in quarantines, and this occurred on the Easter 2020 religious holiday on April 12, 2020. “QuarantEaster” or “Quaranteaster” (quarantine + Easter) is a portmanteau word that was coined.

“Ready for quaranteaster” was posted on Twitter by Cy on March 16, 2020. “#Quaranteaster” was posted on Twitter by Maybe: Vince on March 18, 2020. “Anyone want to partner up with my new Greeting Card line? Happy QuarantEaster will be a hit” was posted on Twitter by Bridget Beaudoin on March 20, 2020.

“QEaster,” “QuaranEaster,” “Quareaster” and “Queaster” are similar terms.

Wikipedia: 2019-20 coronavirus outbreak
The 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic is an ongoing global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The outbreak was first identified in Wuhan, Hubei, China, in December 2019, and was recognised as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on 11 March 2020.

Wikipedia: Easter
Easter, also called Pascha (Greek, Latin) or Resurrection Sunday, is a festival and holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day after his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary c. 30 AD. It is the culmination of the Passion of Jesus, preceded by Lent (or Great Lent), a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and penance.
